Terms & Conditions

Effective January 1, 2025  ·  Las Vegas, Nevada

These terms outline how Capian operates and what to expect from service. By approving service or scheduling work, you agree to the following.

01

Scope of Service

Capian will perform only the services listed on the approved estimate, work order, or invoice. Any additional work requires approval before it is completed.

02

Access and Site Conditions

Customer is responsible for providing safe and usable access to all service areas — including unlocked gates, cleared pathways, and secured pets. If access is restricted, unsafe, or unavailable at the time of service, work may be limited, rescheduled, or subject to additional charges.

03

Existing Conditions

Glass and surrounding materials may have pre-existing conditions including hard water staining, mineral buildup, oxidation, etching, scratches, fabrication debris, failed seals, or other deterioration. Cleaning may make these conditions more visible.

04

No Restoration Guarantee

Standard cleaning removes dirt and surface debris only. It does not guarantee removal of staining, oxidation, mineral deposits, etching, or damage unless those services are specifically listed and approved as a separate scope.

05

Condition-Based Pricing

Pricing is based on visible conditions at the time of estimate. If actual conditions differ — including heavier buildup, access limitations, or added scope — pricing may be adjusted with customer approval before any additional work is completed.

06

Scheduling and Arrival Windows

Service is scheduled based on availability, routing, and operational conditions. Arrival times are estimated windows, not guaranteed exact appointment times.

07

Weather and Rescheduling

Service may be rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, or conditions that would affect quality or results. Capian will make reasonable effort to notify customers in advance when possible.

08

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. If service cannot be completed due to lack of access, a missed appointment, or on-site refusal after arrival, Capian may charge a service fee to cover scheduling and dispatch costs.

09

Screens, Tracks, and Materials

Screens, tracks, frames, and related materials may be aged, brittle, or fragile. Capian is not responsible for failure of deteriorated materials during normal service where pre-existing wear or weakness is present.

10

Utilities and Site Use

Customer grants Capian permission to use on-site water and utilities as reasonably necessary to complete service.

11

Work Inspection and Notice of Concerns

Customer agrees to inspect completed work upon service completion. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours so Capian has a reasonable opportunity to review and address them — before chargebacks, third-party repair claims, or refund demands are initiated.

12

Payment Terms

A valid card on file may be required to confirm service. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Customer authorizes Capian to charge the card on file prior to service. Additional approved work may be charged upon completion. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of service, cancellation of future visits, or collection action on unpaid balances.

13

Recurring Service

Recurring services follow agreed scheduling and billing terms. Scheduling may vary due to routing, weather, or operational conditions. Pricing assumes maintained property conditions and may be adjusted if service is skipped, delayed, or if property condition materially changes between visits.

14

Limitation of Liability

Capian's liability for any claim arising from service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Capian is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

15

Safety and Right to Refuse Service

Capian may refuse, limit, or stop work at any time if conditions are unsafe, access is not reasonably available, or site conditions materially differ from the approved scope.

16

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from services provided by Capian are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

17

Acceptance

Approval by signature, written message, estimate approval, card authorization, scheduling confirmation, or authorization to begin work — in any form — constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
